Price is great. Management is very responsive and helpful. Good security and cameras. Amanda was very helpful in helping me sign up for my unit and explaining the terms in plain English. Would definitely use their service again
I mean it's a storage unit not much to say it's clean and nice don't really like the area I'm talking about Oceano but I also chose it so it's not too bad and there's a locked gate so that makes it safer
if you have a dispute the owner will hide behind employees - refuses to be a gentleman and respond and speak to unhappy customers He did send an email threatening to sue me for a review I posted on Yelp...my goal is to post these true and accurate reviews so that HE does sue me,,,it will only be bad exposure for John Mcgrath and his team if con artists in tne back that is my experience and my opinion after dealing withthe manager Darinda wno is malicious in her actions but the puppeteer was owner mcgrath
If you need a storage unit in Oceano. I would say, this is where to go. The gentleman that manages the onsite office. Is very friendly and fair. He deserves some recognition for sure.
Very clean and a great place to put your stuff in. The management is very great
