I am still healing after all on 6 surgery, everybody has been great. But I had some issues which that are not clinic related but very important. Make sure you bring Chap Stick and buy comfort items like meal replacement shakes. It took me 3 days to locate Ensure and it was the best meal of my life. It pays to inform your Dr that you are having out of state surgery and set an appoint for a couple days after you return home. My teeth were destroyed by OxyContin and I broke my neck.
