Great customer service! I went to the location off of Altemesa and a young lady named Hennessy did her big one with the customization of my new wig. Her and her co-worker were patient and super helpful. All wigs were 30% off by the way! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 🫶🏾
Wow, the customer service is so good. I was looking for hair toppers, which they didnt have, but two women in the wig section waited on me in tandem trying to find a substitution. They were incredible.
Hannah was great help- she helped my aunt with her wig, and was so patient and kind. Every-time we visit the wig section she’s there with a good attitude and work ethic.
Lonnie is awesome with her knowledge of products and the help she gave I would still be looking. Great thing that happened my sis and Mom were there called me I immediately told them to find Lonnie and to all our surprise she was the one helping them I felt better knowing they had great help.
This place always has good deals on hair. I love that they have Buy 3, Get 1 free. Typically their hair and products are a couple of dollars more than Jenny's Beauty Supply, which is also a known beauty store. The customer service is great everyone is helpful but they do watch you closely to look for any suspicious activity.
