Great customer service! I went to the location off of Altemesa and a young lady named Hennessy did her big one with the customization of my new wig. Her and her co-worker were patient and super helpful. All wigs were 30% off by the way! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 🫶🏾
When you go to a beauty supply store with a seasoned 80 yr old queen looking for a wig, you need the right person with the right attitude and the right level of patience to provide customer service. This is EXACTLY what we got from Hennessy. She was SO patient and so kind and helpful. She will be the reason I will return here again and again.

Lonnie is awesome with her knowledge of products and the help she gave I would still be looking. Great thing that happened my sis and Mom were there called me I immediately told them to find Lonnie and to all our surprise she was the one helping them I felt better knowing they had great help.
