Great customer service! I went to the location off of Altemesa and a young lady named Hennessy did her big one with the customization of my new wig. Her and her co-worker were patient and super helpful. All wigs were 30% off by the way! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 🫶🏾

When you go to a beauty supply store with a seasoned 80 yr old queen looking for a wig, you need the right person with the right attitude and the right level of patience to provide customer service. This is EXACTLY what we got from Hennessy. She was SO patient and so kind and helpful. She will be the reason I will return here again and again.

This place always has good deals on hair. I love that they have Buy 3, Get 1 free. Typically their hair and products are a couple of dollars more than Jenny's Beauty Supply, which is also a known beauty store. The customer service is great everyone is helpful but they do watch you closely to look for any suspicious activity.

Liz!!! That work in the back where the human lace wigs are located is the BOMB.Com!!! She is the absolute sweetest and was veryyyy helpful… I was very impressed and pleased with my purchase!!! I will definitely be back in the NEAR future!!!!
