Kaira in the wig section is AMAZING, she took the time to make sure my mother in law found the perfect one. We traveled from south arlington to come here based on a friend's recommendation and wasn't disappointed. If I could leave 20 stars for Kaira I would shes an absolute gem and management material. Always have EVERYTHING you need... good service and attentive to your needs every time.. never a bad experience. And they have a ton of makeup. The best beauty supply; the only thing, is some of their products are a bit pricey, but it's worth it.
Great customer service! I went to the location off of Altemesa and a young lady named Hennessy did her big one with the customization of my new wig. Her and her co-worker were patient and super helpful. All wigs were 30% off by the way! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 🫶🏾
When you go to a beauty supply store with a seasoned 80 yr old queen looking for a wig, you need the right person with the right attitude and the right level of patience to provide customer service. This is EXACTLY what we got from Hennessy. She was SO patient and so kind and helpful. She will be the reason I will return here again and again.
