MICAH is amazing!!!! I’m not sure if this beauty supply is black owned but I really appreciate how I am treated when I am in the store. I appreciate the point system so that I can actually save money from spending money. Everyone is always nice and this is very appreciated thank you!!!! I’ve literally never had a bad experience here! Andrea was very helpful when I approached her at register regarding if someone could help me she instantly started to assist me herself Great customer service great personality my shopping time was reduced in 10 minutes with all I came for. Thank you Andrea more people like her is needed
Always have EVERYTHING you need... good service and attentive to your needs every time.. never a bad experience. And they have a ton of makeup. The best beauty supply; the only thing, is some of their products are a bit pricey, but it's worth it.
Kaira in the wig section is AMAZING, she took the time to make sure my mother in law found the perfect one. We traveled from south arlington to come here based on a friend's recommendation and wasn't disappointed. If I could leave 20 stars for Kaira I would shes an absolute gem and management material. I can't say enough how amazing she is. Thank you
Best experience while wig shopping. If Henacey is working your gonna walk out the store feeing bettr than when your arrived. She was patient and gave amazing input while I tried to decide what to choose. She even helped me style the hair after. Her and the others in the wig section are amazing.
