Jamal is extremely helpful and accurate. I’ve been going to this location for 5 years. I’ve used other Ford parts center in the valley and have always had a bad experience. I’ve ordered over the phone shopped in person and every time I get the correct part with no excuses. My only complaint is that Ford decides to make critical parts for example my fuel tank obsolete, which leaves me struggling to find a solution and pushes the new car narrative.
