Susan is an exceptional counselor. She listens and I mean REALLY listens. She remembers your history and helps you reflect upon the positive spectrum. Susan gives reasonable insight to the negatives in addition to tools and material so you can truly help yourself. She also provides the support you need and you genuinely matter to her. You can tell she is passionate about her practice and takes an earthy approach to her clients. Setting up with Lifestance was easy and fast for me. I did have orders from doctors which helped a lot. I had medication in a few days along a therapist the following week. I did make some mistakes due to my brain fog, and they worked with me until understood how to work the online video sessions.
