Susan and her team made it very easy to refinance our home even with the pandemic. The whole process was quick and manageable using almost all electronic communication.
first time through the electronic documentation for submittals. Already accustomed to file transfer, but was rough in spots, and possibly didn't transmit properly, do needed extra pushes. From start to end, probably much longer than expected, mid-June to mid-September to finalize. Great customer support along the way, however.
