I've been coming to st.Als for a long time. My Dr. at the emerald one retired early. And there were no openings so I found a Dr. at Bown crossing which I believe had just opened. I've been very happy here, and now my husband comes here also. Susan is the best, she is so kind and helpful. Even when I haven't been exercising like I should. 🤣 thanks BC you all rock. Qq
This was my first visit to the clinic, and I had a wonderful experience. The friendly and thoughtful office staff and nurse made me feel at ease. Dr. Paytash, in particular, was incredibly compassionate, attentive, and patient. She took the time to listen to my questions and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Dr. Paytash and this clinic.
I have been going to see Dr. Paytash for almost a decade now. I feel qualified to give a review. I try not to review people I haven't spent adequate time with. She's my favorite care-giver I've ever had. She's kind and listens to your problems and tries to help you get results. Her communication skills are great, and she's accessible if you need something. I’ve recently come back to Susan after trying the option to leverage a functional medicine team as my primary provider for a couple years. I plan to retain those resources as a specialty for hormone replacement, etc. but am already glad to have Susan back as my primary/central source of care. Susan is a great listener who really hears your questions/concerns and provides very practical recommendations. She’s a trusted advisor that I’m glad to have back in my court!
