I love love love my nurse practitioner! Susanna Howard is amazing! She listens and doesn’t jump straight to medications with high doses. I have adhd, but I didn’t want to jump back into stimulants. She actually listened, took time with me, and found something that works me. I can’t sing her praises enough

I had such a bad experience with LifeStance. I had a telehealth appointment that they didn't send me a link for. No link existed on my patient portal for it either. I was finally able to join after having to call three times and be out on hold for 20+ minutes into my scheduled appointment time. Then the appointment itself was a huge waste of time.
My psych is amazing most the time... She did not send the proper amount of days for my mood stabilizer like she said and it's impossible to reach her (she never checks the message portal), which leads me into why this is 1 star instead of 3. Lifestance as a company is a absolutely atrocious, unhelpful, and all around crap company. The medical records call option takes you to a voicemail everytime saying they will call you back and I've left multiple messages with no response, and so did my vocational rehab advocate.
