I had my initial appointment today. I can't really describe how good it feels to know that I have a psychiatrist practitioner who has listened to me perfectly well. Prescribed exactly what I needed, explained what I need to be mindful of when taking it, and for them to explain how they heard what I said so as to be sure they heard me correctly. Elated! That's the best way to describe how I feel.

My wife has been requesting a refill of her medication for two days on the portal. No response. She had a virtual visit today and was assured her medication would be called in. It was not. Now she must go threw the weekend with no medication. Extremely disappointed....and no way to reach anyone.
