Made an appointment in advance. Was told it would be hour and half. Showed up on time and filled out paperwork. Was asked to provide a urine, bloodwork and TB test."No one ever told me I would be required to give a urine/Bloodwork/TB test over the phone when i scheduled the appointment". A warm welcome was just what I needed when I started my journey and they were even there for me when I struggled . No hassle straight forward and caring are the best words to describe this place .
Staff is wonderful! They are always extremely helpful, kind, and considerate. I've always been treated with love and respect. Everyone on staff legitimately cares about their clients. I have never had a bad experience at Life Springs!!!
I can't emphasize how great this place is. The staff--beyond helpful and caring. Never have I been treated with the utmost respect by everyone there and not treated like a drug addict. Dr. Kim, shew she is amazing... She went thru hell and Highwater for me with my insurance company, that's what a great se does for their patients.
