First visit was such a great experience! The nurses are knowledgeable, friendly and kind to my toddler and I. Doctor Vivar was also amazing! Answered all my questions and took her time to explain everything to me.
I would not recommend Dr. Vivar to be the pediatrician of anyone's children. Knowing she has an inexperienced staff she doesn't ask to have a child's temperature twice. She is very blunt while giving her medical advice. And while leaving her office due to not feeling comfortable of what needs to be done, she lies about how our baby arrived. Never again will I go to this Miami children's urgent care knowing she is a doctor here.
I'm in complete shock of what a horrible doctor this lady is. She's has absolutely no interpersonal skills, especially when working with infants, and has a huge communication barrier. Aside from lying through her teeth, making false accusations, and adding stress to an already stressful situation, this lady only looked at the best interest for herself and ran the hospital like a business and not a place for medical help. I refuse to call this lady a doctor and is in need of a reality check.
