Suzanne's kindness and attentiveness stand out in my experience with her. It's reassuring to have a psychiatrist who genuinely cares and pays close attention to their patients. She’s my favorite provider. For the first time I felt I was heard, and someone cared for my concerns. I adore Suzanne and only wish she could be my full time Counselor. She is compassionate, kind and patient.
I was in my new patient meeting. Ms. Simmons asked my medication list, so I told her. She continued to act like I was a criminal for being on medications I have been prescribed. I even explained to her that I got off all my medications voluntarily, & was re-prescribed the same medications. Then she (again, first meeting) talked about how she would be taking me off of multiple prescriptions, with no time table given and no explanation of how she would help fix my problems.
