I rarely give 5 stars to anyone, however, I am very happy to give one to Swann Dermatology. ALL the doctor's and staff I have met have been friendly, kind and helpful in my quest to "cure/treat" my skin issues. They have been very informative and actually listen when I have made a request or asked a question; they give me time to think for a minute which I often need as it's difficult for me to come up with questions. My daughter has severe eczema and was having one of the worst flare-ups she’s ever had. We were in between insurance at the time, stressed and unsure how we were going to get her the medicine she desperately needed. The staff here went above and beyond for her. They were unbelievably kind, patient, and compassionate. They made sure she got the exact medication she needed without making us feel judged or helpless, and they did it simply because they cared, not because they had to. The entire staff I encountered were all exceptionally professional and kind. Dr Neil was personable, extremely knowledgeable and listened to me at every step. Highly pleased with him and his staff and feel extremely fortunate we have him locally to provide quality care!
