I had a procedure done six months ago and was left with some laser grid marks on the right side of my face that didn’t heel correctly. Dr. Swann has worked to correct the marks free of charge, and a follow up is always scheduled after each procedure to be sure everything is as it should be. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Swann and the entire dermatology team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Everyone was friendly and kind. Those in charge of my surgery was efficient, professional, and concerned with my well being and experience. Dr Swann was so friendly, and handled my surgery quickly and with little discomfort, which was only from the numbing injections. Great experience and I will use them for any future needs. Highly recommend.

Hannah was wonderful. Sharp, she explained things so well, I felt confident I had an exceptional person giving me care. I feel I gave someone I can trust looking out for my skin health care needs. The assistants with Hannah were excellent as well. The front office helped me with an appointment and are just very kind and friendly. It was a great experience being cared for my Swan

Had a procedure done to remove a skin cancer. All the personnel involved were very knowledgeable and professional from the office staff to the nurses to the doctor. Procedure was successful and didn’t take very long. Instructions for aftercare were very thorough and easy to understand. Facility was clean, bright, and well lit. Good view out the window to see the city while waiting for the test results. A very good experience overall. Would recommend Swann Dermatology Partners to anyone.
