Dr. Swann and his staff are wonderful. He performed a perfect surgery and was able to allow me to heal without the anticipated need for stitches. All nurses and other staff members were extremely professional and friendly, taking extra time to explain everything to both me and my wife.
The reception area is very comfortable. I never have to wait very long to see Autumn. The treatment rooms are bright and pleasant. Autumn and the staff are so nice and make me feel at ease. The process is always explained so that I know what is happening and how to take care things when I get home. I always leave glad that I have gotten excellent care.
I had some serious surgery over skin cancer and the experience at the Swann center was excellent - from on time going back - pre-communication and then the surgery and how friendly everyone was including Dr. Swann! I did love the 26 stitches but I am glad the found the spot and took care of it.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Check in was simple and no wait. Lori Miller did an exceptional job, along with her nurse Alissa. Explained treatment thoroughly. Great job!
The staff of Swann Dermatology are always kind and helpful. Doctor Swann is an excellent dermatologist and surgeon. Thanks to all.
