Hannah was wonderful. Sharp, she explained things so well, I felt confident I had an exceptional person giving me care. I feel I gave someone I can trust looking out for my skin health care needs. The assistants with Hannah were excellent as well. The front office helped me with an appointment and are just very kind and friendly. It was a great experience being cared for my Swan
Better read the bad reviews, especially the one Elicia Covey left about 10 months ago! I did receive good care here, however the billing department is terrible you will not be notified if you have a balance due. I had a very important appointment today for serious skin cancer problems and they turned me away saying that I owed a balance that I had no idea that I owed. This place is a bunch of money grabbing people. You've been warned there's definitely better places, this place is very discombobulated! Horrible communication... read more
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Swann and the entire dermatology team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The office was clean, well-organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Swann took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a clear, straightforward way. Had a procedure done to remove a skin cancer. All the personnel involved were very knowledgeable and professional from the office staff to the nurses to the doctor. Procedure was successful and didn’t take very long. Instructions for aftercare were very thorough and easy to understand. Facility was clean, bright, and well lit. Good view out the window to see the city while waiting for the test results. A very good experience overall. Would recommend Swann Dermatology Partners to anyone.
Three words Quick,Competent, Caring. That best describes my experience. All the nurses and assistants we friendly, professional caring. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and informed on everything that was taking place. Dr. Swan was quick gentle and explained why and what he was doing every step of the process. Add to that a special post op waiting room with drinks and goodies where you can go while waiting on lab results. I was in at 11:00 and out by 1:00. Very pleased with the results.
