I had a great experience with my laser today. I was very anxious about the pain but was put to ease by Jade’s honest explanation about what to expect. She did quite a bit of numbing. It helped significantly. Both she and Dr. Swann were very knowledgeable, positive and encouraging. I’m glad I chose this clinic to help me with my needs.
Dr. Swann and his staff are wonderful. He performed a perfect surgery and was able to allow me to heal without the anticipated need for stitches. All nurses and other staff members were extremely professional and friendly, taking extra time to explain everything to both me and my wife.
I spoke directly with Dr. Swann regarding my options for treatment of basal cell skin cancer. He was awesome! He explained everything clearly, was compassionate, and I left feeling in control and ready to get started. Shout out to his assistant Maria who also helped prepare me for decision making.
Procedure was done with the utmost professional expertise. I went in as a nervous 1st time patient but that changed quickly as the staff and Dr. Swann explained what they were doing every step of way. Hats off to Dr. Swann and all his staff. Highly recommend them.
I used to go to Swann Dermatology before I moved, but I definitely miss it. Me and multiple family members see Autumn and she is the best! She really listens, cares, and goes above and beyond for her patients! Would definitely recommend this office.
