From my initial consultation to the completion of the needed procedure my experience was fantastic. Each team member was professional, kind, patient, and anticipated the questions I had. I found my care instructions easy to follow as well as being concise. I also got a sense that each person enjoyed working in this office and that they were happy to serve every patient.

Dr. Swann was the most personable Doctor I’ve met in a while. His staff were As well. Everything was efficient in the office. He did surgery on My scalp to remove a cancer spot. Very little swelling; Staples with stitches on the scalp. I’m impressed with this Office. The staff were all focused on the needs of the patient. Thank you, nurses😊

Front desk made me feel as if I was bothering them. No smiles and extremely cold. As for the PA, she was nice. I explained the issue. She grabbed an alcohol wipe applied to location and without washing or gloves touched the area of concern. She suggested antibiotics or I could book another appointment with the doctor. Not worth my time to feel dismissed again.

Brooklyn Fort is incredible!! We had been to a pediatric dermatologist before and they acted like my daughter’s skin condition was a mystery to them, when it’s basically ONLY a pediatric condition. We went to Brooklyn and she knew exactly what it was, how to treat it, and how her eczema would be contributing to it. She is so kind and gentle, my daughter loved her! So knowledgeable. The skin condition cleared up completely. So pleased with our experience!

Effective efficient responsive professional knowledgeable and most of all very nice. Explained everything answered questions could not be happier. Only two experiences with Swan and very well pleased both times.
