I had an excellent experience with Dr. Swann and the entire dermatology team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Hannah was wonderful. Sharp, she explained things so well, I felt confident I had an exceptional person giving me care. I feel I gave someone I can trust looking out for my skin health care needs. Had a procedure done to remove a skin cancer. All the personnel involved were very knowledgeable and professional from the office staff to the nurses to the doctor. Procedure was successful and didn’t take very long. Instructions for aftercare were very thorough and easy to understand. Facility was clean, bright, and well lit. Good view out the window to see the city while waiting for the test results. A very good experience overall. Would recommend Swann Dermatology Partners to anyone.
The reception area is very comfortable. I never have to wait very long to see Autumn. The treatment rooms are bright and pleasant. Autumn and the staff are so nice and make me feel at ease. The process is always explained so that I know what is happening and how to take care things when I get home. I always leave glad that I have gotten excellent care.
The staff at the clinic from the receptionist to the nurses, were welcoming, professional and very efficient. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-managed. I had no issues with obtaining an appointment or my check in when I arrived. The nurse told me my diagnosis and expained what treatment options I had.
