This group, starting with the front desk, gives a warm welcome to help patients less stressed. I have been to many Dermatologist over the last 30 years and have never felt that I received appropiate care. Today was very perfect care and recommendation for future treatment.

My appt was on Aug.17, 2026. I was appalled to see what they billed my insurance for. Total bill was $902.63. The girl (Ashley) did a fast scan with her little light and did at the most 4 or 5 squirts with the Liquid nitrogen, not $638.63 worth! The office visit was $263.00. I had been a regular patient. Needless to say I won't be back and will not recommend them to anyone. Their billing practices are shameful. They don't take time with their patients. Rating would be -0.
I saw Ashley Pierson, and she was friendly enough, but I had requested a yearly skin check, first time visit, and what I received was a very quick look over and 2 spots frozen that I asked about. I have never received that quick of a look over for a yearly skin check. The visit lasted 5-10 minutes at the most. I was sitting and asked if I should stand so that she could look at the back of my legs. My insurance was billed $708(not what was contracted, which was much less), for that. Hi Lynn, A 10-min appointment for a skin check is pretty standard unless there is a procedure involved. If you have any concerns that you would like addressed that were not covered I would be happy to see you tomorrow for no charge and go over any findings in more details. For insurance billing, the contracted rate and not the billed rate is what applies and I’m not sure what your insurance contracted rate is but I can tell you it definitely isn’t anything close to $708 for an office visit.
