I was treated by Brooklyn Fort, NP who did an exceptional job taking care of my dermatology needs. She is very knowledgeable, competent and very nice as well. I would recommend Brooklyn and her staff. Linda at the reception desk was so nice and efficient. Excellent person to represent this establishment as first point of contact!
Absolutely perfect experience. Cancer removal can be a stressful situation. Dr. Swann was perfect and all of the staff were absolutely amazing. It takes a team to have a great experience and this team took the cancer, reconstructed my nose, and gave an outlook. Thank you!
What a wonderful experience I had at Dr. Swann's today. He put me at ease immediately.He was totally professional, resolved My skin cancer issue on my face literally within minutes, and explained every step of the procedure and the healing process to me in detail. I highly recommend Dr Swann & staff.
Staff was amazing. The only problem I found was- after cutting off the affected area, you have to go back out in the waiting room where everyone is sitting, with bandages on & feeling crummy ( it’s not a fun process) and wait to see if all the margins were removed. In my previous experiences there was a nice quiet room with comfy chairs for patients to sit and wait for results.
