Staff was amazing. The only problem I found was- after cutting off the affected area, you have to go back out in the waiting room where everyone is sitting, with bandages on & feeling crummy ( it’s not a fun process) and wait to see if all the margins were removed. In my previous experiences there was a nice quiet room with comfy chairs for patients to sit and wait for results.
I had a Mohs procedure done at Swann Dermatology and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were kind, reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease the whole time. Dr. Neill was incredibly skilled and explained everything clearly. I’m so thankful for their care and the great results — I highly recommend them!
Dr Brett Neill is a very good surgeon. He not only excised the cancer from my left ear, he rebuilt my left ear so well that no one even notices it had cancer removed from it. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs surgery on their ears or face.
This was literally the most efficient Dr appointment I’ve ever had. As a new patient, I arrived and left the office in 27 minutes. BTW- I had two mole removals which were sent off for biopsy during that 27min. Excellent practice (people)!!! Highly recommend.
Wonderful experience beginning the minute I walked in the door. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful she’s a keeper.Nurse and Dr. Provided Great information, very professional and friendly as well. Staff definitely made me feel very comfortable, which made a great first impression for my first visit!!!
