The wait time was so long (45+min) that my delivery person had to cancel the order. I do not blame the delivery person at all, as last time when I try to pick up by myself in store I had similar experience of waiting for 40min to get my simple salad order. The food is okay, but not worth the wait
If you love salads like I do, this place is highly recommended. You can build your own salad or just buy one of the salads they have everything is fresh, wheelchair capabilities, kid friendly. Workers are nice overall , and I also place
Literally always late. If you order online during dinner time even with ample lead time they would be 30 mins time. Crew has zero sense of urgency. Order is stolen all the time. Also a complete nightmare to order off DoorDash.
I normally don’t write reviews but I was so frustrated I had to!! I ordered thru DoorDash pick up and headed over when DoorDash said it was ready (after 30 mins) and when I got there, there were SO MANY people waiting for their pick up order. They were either severely understaffed (I saw 4 employees working) or had a very inefficient system. After waiting for another 30-45 mins I finally got my order! I can’t believe I had to wait over an hour for this!! The food was ok, kinda overpriced for what it is.
The order wasn't ready at the time of pickup. So, the staff had to remake the order when I got there (mind you, I came in the evening when it was quite). On top of that, the service wasn't professional. Beside, the salad is overpriced ($20 for a salad, seriously? ) For that price, I could've get at least a decent service. If I could rate 0, I would. But, I couldn't rate lower than that
