The whole crew is awesome! We referred when my son was an infant. He's a middle schooler now and we've never had any issues. Insurance is accepted with no problems. Everything is handled there ... even his braces. Highly recommend.

Our first time experience was great! I brought my 9 year old daughter and she was treated with care and kindness. Dr. Ramos was very personable and the front desk ladies were super sweet and welcoming! Definitely 100% recommend.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear that professionalism is not a priority here. My appointment time apparently meant nothing, staff members were running late with no explanation, no apology, and no sense of urgency. Watching people mill around aimlessly while patients sat waiting was beyond frustrating. The lobby itself was genuinely unsettling. I'm back to update my review. Overall it's a good place for kids dental cleaning. Facility is clean, kids friendly; Front desk is friendly; Dental hygienists, assistants are great, very friendly. The process of billing is transparent. A special nice thing- a TV embedded in the ceiling so kids can watch when are on dental chair! it's Very considerate. But but...!
