The best part about the community IS that; community, and a generally relaxed relationship to the staff. At Sweetwood of Williamstown, the people definitely care, which is WAY MORE than many assisted living facilities can say.

The staff is uniformly helpful, cheerful and proficient. Based on my three months experience, I can give a 5 rating to all the categories. I appreciate the different activities, and the menu choices are varied and enjoyable.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience, it truly was a home for mom. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. We found all of the staff to be warm and welcoming. Very attentive and responsive regardless of the time of day. Nursing staff and assistant staff provided excellent, empathetic care. Food selection and preparation were very high quality.
