Thus was my first try at a dentist in Sylvan. Lady did my cleaning and intake x-ray . Normally, people dont position the x-ray in my mouth with out it jamming into my gums. Lady did it perfectly!! Very thorough and thoughtful in how she did everything. The dentist was so personable and wanted to help(I was in because filling had fallen out and i had pain) once she realized what was going on, she referred me to someone in the office who could do the fillings and probable root canals in one appointment. We have been seeing Dr. Julianna and Dr. Hill for airway issues. We have done pediatric fillings, palate expansion, laser lip tie cutting, Invisalign and myofunctional therapy, and it has been very successful at resolving bed wetting issues and sleep apnea in my child. Very pleased with their holistic approach and knowledge as well as excellent bedside manner with my kiddos!!
I am very new to this dental office so this is only my 3rd visit, but yes, everyone is fantastic. Both the dental assistants and dentist are kind, helpful and very patient with me and all my questions. Every question was answered in a way that I could actually understand, not by using medical terminology, that I might not understand. Thank you for a great experience for our daughter’s tongue/ lip tie release examination. We are so glad we were referred to you & the 2 hour drive was so worth it. We appreciate the explanations & we are so glad the procedure was not pushed on her when she doesn’t actually need it. Everyone was so kind and helpful along the way!
Wasn't very impressed with the cost, was quoted $110 ($80 for exam and $30 for single xray) and walked out with a $192 bill, the conversation started with im on a budget atm so can we do minimum work to figure out the issue on this right side. They took an $111 panoramic(180 view) xray rather than single shot, which cost the initial quote by itself. How is an xray thats 4x the cost budget friendly?
