Fantastic and thorough care by the staff and dentist. The office is cute, clean, and family friendly. They laid out all my options and let me know what was covered by insurance as we were going. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that is anxious about going to the dentist.
I am very new to this dental office so this is only my 3rd visit, but yes, everyone is fantastic. Both the dental assistants and dentist are kind, helpful and very patient with me and all my questions. Every question was answered in a way that I could actually understand, not by using medical terminology, that I might not understand. When my Dentist, Dr. Mika came in, she told me what procedures she would be doing and how this may affect me. This dentist made me feel less afraid of the dentist. as a kid i had a tooth pulled with no freezing, this is what lead to my fear of dentists. Although going here today and receiving the care of the two wonderful woman repairing my tooth and removing the cavity and filling the tooth pack in was a process that was made so enjoyable and relaxing. Truly thank you for a wonderful experience.
They really took the time to work with me and understand my health conditions. They were so kind and thoughtful. They weren’t rushing me, they listened and asked all of the questions, went over all of my options in how to effectively handle my follow up. Everyone there was very friendly and fun! I’m looking forward to my next visit!
I was so grateful for Sylvan Lake Dental Centre fitting me in on an emergency this week. The staff were so friendly, kind, and accommodating. They made my dental experience feel stress free and easy. Their work was prompt and very affordable. Highly recommend and I think I will be switching dental clinics to make this my new home.
