Great townhomes in Sylvania Loved living here while I was renting. Great community and amenities. Worked great for my wife and I and we highly recommend. We are already missing the swimming pool! Definitely worth the money for this Sylvania area.

Loved our time there! My family lived there for three and a half years and we loved it there. The grounds were nice, our town home felt like home, maintenance was quick and helpful and management was awesome. We've had many landlords, including family members, and they were by far the best. I can't say enough great things about Renee. We just moved out because I got a job out of state and I'm going to miss that place. -Pat
A lovely place to live I just finished my first year here at Sylvan Lakes and have loved every minute of it the office staff is very easy to contact and responded to all questions quickly. The maintenance staff are very friendly cheerful and take care of any issues you have promptly . I can honestly say I have had the most positive experience at this location, and I have lived at other apartments but this one I am glad to call home.

Awesome place to live! I can't say enough about Renee,Cathy and Kurt. They have been so accommodating and helpful. The facility is beautiful and the residents have been great neighbors. I would encourage you to check Sylvan Lakes out before you go anywhere else. Jim S
An amazing place! This was actually leasing at my second property from this company and both experiences were amazing! I lived in one of the townhouses and if I didn't get a job offer out of state I would still be there. The apartment and grounds were always amazing! I am a big runner and its in a perfect location about a mile from Olander Park and about a mile from the start of the University Park Trail. Sylvan Lakes I can't say enough how great Sylvan Lakes is!! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the public areas (exercise room, laundry room, pool) are clean, everyone is friendly, and it's a quiet area. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly and management even calls back to make sure everything was fixed to your liking. I love everything about my townhouse and this community!!!
