I have a wonderful experience when I visit and speak my thoughts. Sylvia is a great listener and points things out that I never thought of. She makes it comfortable experience and friendly. Thank you Sylvia
I give them a medium all because of availability. Called my former therapist 2x crying and in crisis and never got a phone call after 5 days. Hope new person is better. The next problem is availability again. I have brain damage and have a hard time with online procedures. I could not get an available therapist in Nashua NH in person. Our meeting is online. I am thinking of going elsewhere!!!
Called today to talk with a counselor about the possibility of scheduling therapy. As with any medical doctor or any other professional services I want to have 10 minutes to see if the person is even a fit, denied. Basically at this establishment its all about the money, not at all about the health and well being. AVOID at all costs. If a professional wont allow you to have a quick interview, no session just a 5-10 min conversation to see if there is a fit or not, do not spend your money with them. Worst Experience ever.
