I was very happy with the care that I got from the physical therapy people and the shower aid. Everyone was very positive and caring and made me feel like I was getting better everyday. The shower aid what both of them were very kind and let me do my own thing but we're there when I needed them thank you to all of you.
I was told that once my loved one was on hospice, I would get extra help to care for him. I was so happy to find this was exactly what happened. My father's nurse was wonderful!!! She was just what he needed. There were things provided for his comfort that I didn't even know existed. Personal care improved for him when they took over. I really appreciated being able to ask questions and seek advice during the time dad was recieving help. I had not been through something like this. My Home Health Nurse Shyanne Was Amazing! After Having Surgery And 9 Different Medications She Put Them In An Organizer. Took My Questions Seriously. I Was Completely Taken Care Of While In Her Care!
I cannot give enough stars for the care and support that Symbii Home Health and Hospice provided during our mother's final weeks. The wonderful care givers and nurses became part of our family and we could tell they clearly had our mom's comfort and support as a highest priority. I know they have a very difficult job helping families deal with the approaching death of their loved ones, but they helped our family navigate it so well. We had a wonderful team! They were so compassionate and patient with my brother after his surgery. Both the nurse and the physical therapist were fantastic at communicating and being willing to go above and beyond in helping with his care and recovery. I highly recommend their service.
