Our experience with Symbii was a great gift in an hour of great need. They were our father's home health care team to begin with, and no one knew at the time how near the end he was. He was elderly but seemed pretty robust for the first few months, and the extra help getting him to appointments, monitoring his health and moods and making sure he had the right medications was very much appreciated by the family. Symbii hospice team have been amazing . The team has been compassionate, sensitive and supportive. I had to leave to go out of town. My mother’s pain was not yet under control and they worked daily to get her comfortable. I revived calls and texts for updates. I worked in hospice and home health for 5 years. I would highly recommend Symbii To be you care agency.

My father was cared for by Symbii Hospice for 4 months until he passed away. The care not only he, but I as his caregiver received from Symbii was quite simply exceptional. The nurses were so caring and attentive. The social worker, chaplain, and massage therapist were so nice to work with and offered comfort and support. Special shout out to Kathy, our CNA whose loving kindness, care, and concern were a godsend to my father. And the aftercare services are so amazing. I've been using Symbii Home Health & Hospice for rehabilitation following 3 different surgeries in 4 years. I'm very satisfied with the level of care I receive from both the Physical Therapists and the nurses. They call ahead to schedule with you, are always on time, and take time to listen to your concerns. They have the knowledge to help you return to health following the Dr's. orders, and they will tell you when something with your health isn't as it should be.
