My father was cared for by Symbii Hospice for 4 months until he passed away. The care not only he, but I as his caregiver received from Symbii was quite simply exceptional. The nurses were so caring and attentive. The social worker, chaplain, and massage therapist were so nice to work with and offered comfort and support. I've been using Symbii Home Health & Hospice for rehabilitation following 3 different surgeries in 4 years. I'm very satisfied with the level of care I receive from both the Physical Therapists and the nurses. They call ahead to schedule with you, are always on time, and take time to listen to your concerns. They have the knowledge to help you return to health following the Dr's. orders, and they will tell you when something with your health isn't as it should be. I have used symbii in the past and was very happy with there care. My physician wanted me to use another home health group with my up coming surgery. I told him I wanted to go back to symbii. Biggest mistake ever. I have not been happy with either my nurse or pt. If I could trade for a different home health right now I would. The only one who got back to me was Dustin and he didn't end up being the one working with me.

Tiffani was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to visit with. Her professional demeanor was appreciated. She was able to answer my questions. If I need home health I would want to have her help.

I was told that once my loved one was on hospice, I would get extra help to care for him. I was so happy to find this was exactly what happened. My father's nurse was wonderful!!! She was just what he needed. There were things provided for his comfort that I didn't even know existed. Personal care improved for him when they took over.
