First off I'd like to thank smbii for there Amazing health care and for there personal health care team. I have home healthcare and my nurse. practitioner is cody morgan. And my wound cares nurse Rya, And tiffany collins Physical therapy is Karl. The best team that i could have. They take there time to listen to their patience. And make sure that there Isn't anything or nothing else they can do for me or my family and if i need a nurse there just a phone call away to talk to. Like my Mental health issues. Symbii was very responsive and excellent to work with. Dani Was very thorough as my nurse making sure that all my vitals were correct. The medicine that I was taking was correct and the wound was healing correctly. Gus and Jeff my physical therapist were also exceptional. They wanted to make sure that I was on the road to recovery before they released me. Which I truly appreciate.
This Home health choice was the best for me. I live in a split level home, and the stairs up to my living floor would have kept me from physical therapy right after surgery. A total right hip replacement needs exercise to complete the healing process. My PT and Nurse were the best, and very easy to work with. Kudos!
Symbii folks were great with their support after my hip replacement. Bri got us set up, Tiffanie, our nurse, made sure vitals were good, and Jeff and Gus got me going on physical therapy and the exercises I needed to do on my own. We didn’t need help too much but they were excellent and readily available for what we needed.
Excellent care and instructions. Can't speak highly enough of the professionalism and courtesy I've been given by all that came into my home for care. Each caregiver gave complete and easy instructions to me and my husband for daily living and future needs. Thanks to all as your personalisation was much appreciated.
