Symbii Home Health was amazing! They went above and beyond in taking care of our family member. It was so stressful and Tia, Crystal, Lisa and Richard knew the right things to say, and do to make this sad experience a good one. We have had complications with other hospice places, and this group took care of our mother as though she was their mother. They gave such extraordinary care and felt so grateful that we used Symbii to help us through this hard time. Highly Recommended!

RN apparently lied about calling to open my case following an acute MI with Stent Placement and complications (Symbii was given both my phone number and my husband's number). Neither one of us left home all day. NO CALLS on any phones. RN shows up 2 days after my discharge at 5:00 p.m. wearing such strong perfume that I could smell it the minute my husband opened the door. I was not close to the door, but she reeked! I have breathing problems (on oxygen), and my cat is on 2 inhalers for asthma. We have to keep a scent free ... read more
I used Symbii for my mother. I buried her yesterday and still haven't received a condolence call from a nurse, social worker, chaplain. Not anyone. Make your choice wisely. I heard Everest is who I should have used.
