I cannot recommend Symons Fire Protection, especially if you are facing a time-sensitive issue like a pipe leak. My final conclusion is that their service is unacceptably slow and disorganized, which is the absolute worst combination when dealing with a potential flood or fireline emergency. I'm so impressed with Symon's Fire Protection!! I bought a 2022 manufactured home that didn't have fire sprinklers from the manufacturer, so they had to be installed as a retrofit before I could use the home in Lakeside. Symon's was super fast with estimating and design, and were great at communicating. But what made me super happy... and this goes way above and beyond... I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Symons Fire Protection. Ariel and Jordan were nothing short of amazing! They were professional, knowledgeable, and delivered exceptional customer service. As a property manager, I always seek vendors who are efficient and consumer-friendly, and Symons exceeded all my expectations.
