Called multiple times and left messages to get an estimate for repair. Which I have no choice to go with them because of HOA. They refuse to call you back.
I'm so impressed with Symon's Fire Protection!! I bought a 2022 manufactured home that didn't have fire sprinklers from the manufacturer, so they had to be installed as a retrofit before I could use the home in Lakeside. Symon's was super fast with estimating and design, and were great at communicating. But what made me super happy... and this goes way above and beyond... Benjamin and Austin did the whole thing by crawling through the tiny attic of a manufactured home ... which is absolutely not made to be crawled through... read more
I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Symons Fire Protection. Ariel and Jordan were nothing short of amazing! They were professional, knowledgeable, and delivered exceptional customer service. As a property manager, I always seek vendors who are efficient and consumer-friendly, and Symons exceeded all my expectations.
