I cannot recommend Symons Fire Protection, especially if you are facing a time-sensitive issue like a pipe leak. My final conclusion is that their service is unacceptably slow and disorganized, which is the absolute worst combination when dealing with a potential flood or fireline emergency. Called multiple times and left messages to get an estimate for repair. Which I have no choice to go with them because of HOA. They refuse to call you back.
I'm so impressed with Symon's Fire Protection!! I bought a 2022 manufactured home that didn't have fire sprinklers from the manufacturer, so they had to be installed as a retrofit before I could use the home in Lakeside. Symon's was super fast with estimating and design, and were great at communicating. But what made me super happy... and this goes way above and beyond...
