We have had an incredible experience with Dee and her staff! They are amazing, thoughtful, considerate, and always available when I need a question answered or have a last minute scheduling change. The care they have given to my grandmother has made it a little easier to leave her during the day. I know she is in great hands while I am away at work. My mother and I are so grateful to Dee and Shay for taking such great care of us, in an emergency situation. My elderly mother had been taking care of my brother with ALS. He fell and it wasn’t safe for them to be alone anymore. I called Synergy and they came out the next day and had staff there that evening. They were able to have staff around the clock for us, immediately. Every one of the caregivers was so nice and professional. I highly recommend this company
