Synergy ‘s local ownership and slightly lower charge per hour was the original attraction. We later discovered their on-call scheduling service was extremely helpful and efficient. Although the calls begin with what sounds like an automated response, their own office personnel pick up the phone right away. They’re always happy to help, even when our plan to cut hours is the subject at hand. We found that one caregiver we really like and stuck with her. That and staying within our budget have been our secrets to success.

[Name removed] and his team did an outstanding job of assisting me with caregiver services for my husband. It was our second time receiving help from them for a month or longer each time. Thank you to all the caregivers who were so competent and caring as they assisted us during our time in Oro Valley this winter!
