Teresa and her team have been nothing short of amazing!!! From the start, she was available to talk when i needed her. Our first phone call took place in the evening around 7:30 pm after normal working hours, which I felt bad about, because we all have families and dinner time, etc. but she took the time to get all the details about my elderly father that was coming home from the hospital and needed a caregiver. Synergy Homecare goes above & beyond! My mom is very isolated, & lives alone. Maria her caregiver has been a life changer. She gets my mom out of the house on walks & provides transportation for her errands, changes & launders her bed linens & waters plants. Maria is always eager to help in any way needed. My mom looks forward to the days she is scheduled & enjoys the companionship Maria provides. This all gives me peace of mind that my mom is well cared for when I cannot be there.

We began working with Synergy in Fall 2020 when we needed to provide my mother-in-law with companion care until we could place her in an Assisted Living facility (memory issues and she abruptly lost her caregiver who also happened to be her own son).
