They are very accommodating & provide advice. We only used them for a short period of time, but they were flexible and met our needs. They even gave a gift basket, which was a nice welcoming.

Synergy representatives were initially friendly and understanding during our introductory conversation. We communicated throughout my schedule changes for caregiving shifts due to uncertain conference schedule and meeting commitments. When an assigned caregiver could not arrive for a shift, they were willing to cover by asking others who responded quickly to not have me worried. We have had a great experience with SYNERGY Home Care. They are totally flexible and we appreciate that a lot. They are super willing to work with you to meet the families needs. We would absolutely recommend their services to others who are looking.
