I worked here for a while and really felt cared for by the team! The scheduler always ensured she found something within my availability and always looked out for me. Communication was great and they put no pressure to accept shifts. I felt in control of my work life balance. The director was also very sweet, knowledgeable, and a great mentor. The owners were also very sweet and caring. If you’re thinking of working here do it! You won’t regret it.

I’ve been working with Synergy for several years now. They’ve been my primary caretaker since I became disabled. They’ve also worked with my father. Wow! My family and I are so grateful for finding the team at Synergy HomeCare of North County. In a time that can be so stressful and scary, Jeb, Martha, and Joy made us feel so calm and confident that my grandfather would be well taken care of.
