Wow! My family and I are so grateful for finding the team at Synergy HomeCare of North County. In a time that can be so stressful and scary, Jeb, Martha, and Joy made us feel so calm and confident that my grandfather would be well taken care of. From the leadership team to the caregivers, everyone truly treats you like family. Our family is transitioning into a more hands on approach to our aging parents home care needs. This has been a touch and go idea to get help in the home for my parents for a little while. I want to share how wonderful this caregiving company is! About a year ago, I was able to get approval from my long-term care insurance company for caregiving help for myself. What a true blessing to finally get the help I've needed for a long while! Navigating the insurance and medical world is difficult ,at best, and Synergy is great at helping with all that!
