Joy has become a friendly and familiar face every time she brings my parents to an appointment. She is organized and punctual and always makes sure that everything runs smoothly. I’ve been working with Synergy for several years now. They’ve been my primary caretaker since I became disabled. They’ve also worked with my father. I worked here for a while and really felt cared for by the team! The scheduler always ensured she found something within my availability and always looked out for me. Communication was great and they put no pressure to accept shifts. I felt in control of my work life balance. The director was also very sweet, knowledgeable, and a great mentor. The owners were also very sweet and caring. If you’re thinking of working here do it! You won’t regret it.
