I’ve been working with Synergy for several years now. They’ve been my primary caretaker since I became disabled. They’ve also worked with my father. Wow! My family and I are so grateful for finding the team at Synergy HomeCare of North County. In a time that can be so stressful and scary, Jeb, Martha, and Joy made us feel so calm and confident that my grandfather would be well taken care of. Durning my time in Synergy home care as a caregiver I really enjoyed working here. They constantly demonstrated exceptional prefomance, professionalism and dedication to their employees and patients. There was clear communication throughout and great opportunity for learning. The team members are great and there’s lots of love and compassion for one another. It’s a great place to grow along side some of the best caregivers.

Synergy was such a blessing for my dad. The caregivers are wonderful and treat you like family. They always put the needs of the client first and made the last few months with my dad very comforting.
