Nearly one year ago I was referred to Synergy caregivers for my uncle. Saili was responsive and immediately found the the perfect fit for our part-time need. Not only was Shaun a great match as a companion, he was helpful, compassionate and flexible to meet our changing needs. Synergy Home Care is my first choice to refer my real estate clients when they ask me for home care services. Saili and her staff are always helpful, caring and very professional. I know I can trust Saili with my clients and know that she responds promptly and with the their best interests at heart. She's also a fantastic resource if I need any advice regarding families looking to relocate an elderly relative to a nursing home.

I have been working with Saili and her team at Synergy for almost a year now. We needed to hire care for my elderly father, who was resistant to having a caregiver. Saili came to my dad's house to meet with us and it was clear right away that she is extremely caring, thoughtful and professional. LOOK NO FURTHER! Our family temporarily located to CA for an emergency brain surgery for my special needs sister at Stanford. I was able to receive coverage in rapid time and the home nurses placed were fantastic. If you’re a professional who’s also a caregiver looking for support so you can receive respite or focus time, I 10/10 recommend! Thank you Janelle and team for all your help!

Saili at Synergy was flexible and worked with our family to find our mother the help she needs. Mom wants to stay as independent as possible and is pleased that her home aide is caring and proactive, and has been perfect, providing her just the right amount of support she needs for now.
