Great management team and caregivers. They are Very open and honest communication with clients and willing to adjust/make some modifications for the benefit of the client. They are very compassionate and empathetic regarding the stress that comes with having to provide care for your loved ones. I will highly recommend this agency to anyone in need of In-home care service for their loved one.

Best place to find home care givers whether for long term or just a short time (respite). Most of the caregivers join Synergy because they have had a loved one who received great care from Synergy, making them fall in love with the company and what it stands for. Try them, you will not be disappointed!

Caroline and her team at Synergy took care of my father-in-law and went above and beyond in their care for him. Not only, that they made sure his basic daily activities of living needs were met; but also her team were dedicated and professional in rendering their service. They were very reliable when I needed them for the care of my father-in-law.
