My dad received around the clock care from qualified and friendly individuals whom helped him with everything after recovering from the hospital. They were even great companions for him and my dad is not easy to please! He was very happy with the service!
My 91 year old uncle lives with us. I was having trouble getting him to shower so I reached out to Synergy. We have had a wonderful experience with them. They get him showered and caregiver [name removed] even puts lotion on for his dry skin issues. They make meals. Make him coffee. Sit with him. Spend time talking to him. They match your loved one to the care givers that they assign to your loved one with Care concern and love.
They worked hard to make sure not only my mom, but also myself, were very comfortable with the staff that was caring for my mom. The staff members were all very friendly and patient with my mom.
