They do a great job. We have used SYNERGY HomeCare since last year. They do a great job and we haven't had any real problems with them. Recently one of the caregivers had to take maternity leave, and they were able to quickly replace her position in an easy transition. So-So. I have used Synergy HomeCare for a while and my experience with them is both good and bad. The bad part is that they don't always come at the same time. But the good is that they do good work.
Good at what they do. My wife's parents haven't even understood all the things Synergy can do. My wife and I both work, so we can't take them to Doctors' appointments.
