Hi I am a U.S.M.C. Veteran Francis Bass, I am very happy with Stacey Strand from Synergy Home Care who is a home health care worker for Synergy. Stacey is an honest, trustworthy, hard worker. I requested more hours from the V.A., to which they approved. Synergy was able to honor my request for Stacey, to continue helping make my life easier. We worked with Synergy for care for my father paid for through the VA. The agency was eager to work with us to navigate VA bureaucracy to maximize benefits. The aides they provided were kind and caring and went the extra mile. The agency notified me every time there was a schedule change, personnel switch (due to illness, etc.), and to accommodate more hours provided by the VA.

We are very happy with the service we have received from Synergy Home Care. We have been especially impressed with his present aide Stacey Goodnow My father can be very difficult at times and she has been able to improve his eating habits, get him to participate in activities where he lives, and improve his overall attitude towards his neighbors. We could not be more pleased with his care at this time.

I had to switch agencies due to a change in coverage for my elderly father and I was very impressed with the seamless transition. Velma was the very first aide assigned to the care of my father and she was awesome! Very personable and he came to absolutely love her. She was so knowledgeable in the care of someone with dementia and persevered through sleepless nights and cognitive decline. Alyssa was another aide assigned to my dad during his last days also. Synergy offers such careful and compassionate care to clients as well as to family members who are often making decisions for their loved ones in regard to their care. Highly recommend!
