My parent and I were in a tough spot when a close friend recommended Synergy, who had helped her with her mother a decade earlier. Synergy responded quickly to our phone call and sent out their representative the same day. Erica helped us decide what kind of support we needed, and their staffer arrived early the next morning. We are very happy with the service we have received from Synergy Home Care. We have been especially impressed with his present aide Stacey Goodnow My father can be very difficult at times and she has been able to improve his eating habits, get him to participate in activities where he lives, and improve his overall attitude towards his neighbors. We could not be more pleased with his care at this time.

We worked with Synergy for care for my father paid for through the VA. The agency was eager to work with us to navigate VA bureaucracy to maximize benefits. The aides they provided were kind and caring and went the extra mile. The agency notified me every time there was a schedule change, personnel switch (due to illness, etc.), and to accommodate more hours provided by the VA.
