I can’t thank Eric and his team of caregivers enough for the compassion and care they gave to my father. They would go over and beyond to ensure he was taken care of, and were great at communicate with me about what was going on medically with my dad. I lived out of state, so I was grateful for the thorough communication. Thank you Synergy for all you do, and your support during the last days of my father’s life. I highly recommend them to care for your loved ones. ❤️

Good morning Synergy, It was very difficult to learn how to send a review. I deleted and old review and sharing my appreciation. I have been working with Amber for a few months now. It has been a wonderful experience. She's flexible and will change her scheduled day when I attend medical appointments. Amber has also added extra care and concern. She puts little extras in the work she provides. She's great, I just wanted her and her company to know this. She's appreciated Army Veteran

I needed someone to care for my husband the next day due to a conflict in an appointment I had. I went online to see if I could find someone that would be able to do this for me. I filled out some information and within minutes I had a few calls from different companies. I spoke with Eric from Synergy Homecare and I just felt he understood my situation. My grandfather needed a caregiver asap as he was being released from his rehab facility. Being he lives in a very rural area can be difficult in finding caregivers but Synergy came through and helped our family through the whole process. The care team has been wonderful with helping my grandfather with transportation to and from his dialysis appointments which helped us greatly. First impressions count, and the experience that I had with the team today just from a sit down was amazing. The energy was right, the expert opinions or guidance was right, the quality in professionalism was demonstrated, the ownership, responsibility and reliability seemed real.
