I am a current client of this provider We're using SYNERGY HomeCare of North Leon County for my father. He needs assistance with getting dressed, bathing, and feeding. I feel like the majority of the caregivers that I've dealt with are experienced and pretty much know what to do. Communication with the agency is very good. Scheduling is very good. I am a past client of this provider We used Synergy HomeCare of North Leon County once a year ago. Jill came out and did the assessment. She was very, very friendly. However, the match that she gave us the night that we needed someone was a lady that was scared of dogs and we had a dog. They should have done more to make sure that they let the sitter know that we had a dog, but she came in and was not comfortable with that. She was new and she did not know what to do.
