Every person associated with Synergy that cares for my dad makes him feel like he’s the most important person ever. He looks forward to the Synergy days when his home healthcare providers come to see him and care for him.

I have used Synergy services for CNA for about 3yrs. to help with caring for my husband. I have had some cna that didn’t work out with us. But the manager Tiva has always found someone that would fit our specific needs and schedule. She cater to the needs of the client.

Teva was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. Her patience and resourcefulness are second to none. I am extremely happy with the services I’ve received.

We recently contacted Synergy homecare to get assistance with my dad. I must say based on our past experience with another agency we were very nervous. The experience with Synergy has been very rewarding and beneficial thus far. They listened to all our needs so that they could provide the proper care for my dad. I wish I could leave ZERO stars at this point. Unprofessional is an understatement. In the few months we've been using them we've had a new aid every week. They claim they show up but never do. Then send invoices saying we owe them for services we never received. My husband & I both work full time and have had to miss work every single time a new aid is assigned.
