I used Synergy for at least three years, possibly longer, until my spouse died, and would use them again for myself if I ever have a need. We had some fantastic caregivers, and the office staff were incredibly supportive: at some point they started to feel like friends. My parents have been utilizing Synergy’s services for a little over a month now. They came to do the initial assessment in the hospital which helped make things go quicker when it came time for my Dad to discharge. We initially had an aide from Synergy come who was not a good fit. But after communicating with Synergy our concerns, they helped coordinate with us to find an aide that we would mesh with. Home Synergy is an amazing Home Health Agency. You can tell they go above and beyond for their seniors and families. James and staff are always very helpful. I would recommend Synergy to anybody they really do provide the best care around.
