Back in September, my Mom's Hospice told us that she was need of 24/7 care. My sister called Synergy and Tanika was able to come over immediately and assess our situation. Because Mom was coming close to her last day, we didn't have to jump through all of the hoops like some other companies wanted to do. Our family first engaged Synergy Home Care to provide caregivers for our father, who was suffering from several medical conditions associated with advanced age as well as with prostate cancer. In August 2023 we began services through Synergy for a 3 hour shift, 5 days a week to help care for my husband who has many health challenges. With a year and a half in experience with this copany, we can certainly attest to what a wonderful, caring company this is, always working to accomodate us with a "perfect fit" and continuity. Our care givers have all been such a blessing in our life. Kelsey and her crew from the Springfield office is always just a phone call away. Well done!

I have worked with Taylor at several events. Her and her team members have always been very pleasant to be around. You can easily see they take their positions very seriously and truly care about their clients.
