We have had Synergy for a couple years now and absolutely have loved every minute of having Leah and Dakota as our caretakers. Synergy has always listened to our requests when we feel someone hasnt been a match for our elderly father who has alzeimers. These two caretakers have gone above an beyond with making sure he has a great quality of life while we endure one of the hardest chapters of our lives. Taylor recently spoke at our ABC of Springfield business luncheon. She discussed the mission of Synergy HomeCare and talked about the capabilities and programs that they offer. She did great in presenting a lot of information and answering multiple questions thoroughly and concise. Several took notice and followed up with more personal type questions afterwards, with sincere interest in what or how Synergy could support their needs.
I'm sharing on behalf of my mother, who loves Kaleen. She likes the other people as well, but Kaleen is very special. I live out of state, so I had heard stories about her, things she has helped Mom with, and then I met her. She feels like family. We have a lot in common and she's very easy to talk to. She takes my mother to water exercises at the Fit Club, helps her with getting changed in and out of the swimsuit, and walks her out to the pool and back.
