Back in September, my Mom's Hospice told us that she was need of 24/7 care. My sister called Synergy and Tanika was able to come over immediately and assess our situation. Because Mom was coming close to her last day, we didn't have to jump through all of the hoops like some other companies wanted to do. I have worked with Taylor at several events. Her and her team members have always been very pleasant to be around. You can easily see they take their positions very seriously and truly care about their clients.
After a bad fall, Synergy Home Health Care was recommended to me by a friend. I needed help quickly. I called and spoke with Tanika. She was expedient , professional and committed to get me help as soon as possible. She and her staff, particularly Sadie annd Daisy, are wonderful and caring. I would recommend Synergy to anyone who needs help getting through the day. Fortunately, I am healing and able to do more on my own.
