I wish I could give a 1000 stars! Synergy has hands down the best staff! Not to mention the two most amazing women working Kelsey Smith & Jaclyn Mibbs! If you need anything at all those are your gals to call! They make every experience enjoyable and very memorable! I can’t express the amount of joy they bring to employees & the clients! I started working at the agency in August 2025, and since then, I’ve always shown up—reliable, professional, and really focused on taking good care of my patients. Tay and her team at Synergy Home Care provide a very much needed service for people who simply cannot take care of themselves or their loved ones to the fullest extent possible. I personally know what it is like to have to take care of a loved one without having someone to come and help with daily activities and without having a chance to get out of the house. Compassionate care is how I would describe Synergy Home Care.

Taylor recently spoke at our ABC of Springfield business luncheon. She discussed the mission of Synergy HomeCare and talked about the capabilities and programs that they offer. She did great in presenting a lot of information and answering multiple questions thoroughly and concise. Several took notice and followed up with more personal type questions afterwards, with sincere interest in what or how Synergy could support their needs.

I’ve worked with Synergy almost a year . Not only do they show love and compassion for the clients love one’s , they treat their employees with the same compassion and respect. They can always accommodate me if I need a day off or switch my shift for an appointment. They have showed me that , they are more than my supervisors. I am a part of their family .
