Caring for elderly parents who wish to remain at home is a challenging proposition. Synergy HomeCare in Richmond, Indiana made the task much less daunting. Josh provided not only great home care to my 92 and 91 year old parents, but warm companionship valued by my parents and me. The support staff was actively engaged with us during our need and highly responsive to any questions we had throughout our experience. I very highly recommend Synergy HomeCare to anyone needing short or long-term assistance with elderly care.

Synergy Home Care of Richmond has been an invaluable service for our family. They staffed 24 hour shifts when we needed extra care above and beyond hospice when my dad was nearing the end of his battle with brain cancer. And now we have the most wonderful aide/angel, Shanika who helps my mom 5 days a week. Fantastic service from amazingly caring people!!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience for the care that Synergy gave my dad. His caregiver became good friends with him and was thoughtful and compassionate. Tom and the staff were always available to work out logistics, change plans, answer questions, etc. Synergy was a perfect fit to help ease the burden of caring for my dad during the last several months of his life. Tom and Mindy, the owners, have been incredible from the very first phone call to the development a plan of care for my 85 year old mother. They exceeded my expectations and provided us with an amazing caregiver who has been fantastic in taking care of my mom (and dad!). Richmond is very lucky to have such an agency to meet the needs of the aging population!

One of the best things we ever did was contact Synergy about getting in-home help for my 93 year old Mother. Tom chose the perfect person to come in and assist my Mom. Jo is a blessing to our family! She assists Mom with whatever she needs and is a beloved friend as well as a caregiver. In addition, she provides me with a break to take care of errands, groceries, etc. that were virtually impossible to find time for before. Thank you Synergy (and especially Jo),
