Synergy family centered approach to home health care has been extremely supportive of my dad's welfare. I'm thankful that my employer provides the benefit of back up care, and that Synergy and staff (especially Latayshia Branch) have been there for my family. I'd recommend Synergy for anyone who's in need of senior care.

Folks were great to work with when we had a need for 24/7 coverage on short notice. Had some great care providers and a few that didn’t fit well. When we had an issue the staff addressed it very promptly and professionally.

Lataysha was the in-home caregiver and she was amazing! The first day she came to the house, I explained everything and she immediately started caring for my mom who has dementia. She did everything that needed to be done. I was so excited that I didn't have to come home after work and work. She was professional and on time. I also had a positive experience with the company. Very professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this home care company.

I highly recommend Synergy HomeCare because they have provided great care for my father multiple times after hospitalizations.  The co-owner Collen communicates efficiently and warmly. She has made scheduling easy and she selects quality caregivers. Her team provides regular updates and documentation. Synergy even files the insurance claims, which saves me time and energy.
