Synergy provided 24 hour care for my mother when I had to be out of town. The caregivers were agreeable, kind and helpful. They even stayed with her when she had to be in the hospital for part of that time. Knowing someone was with my mother when I couldn't was a huge relief and it allowed me the time and space to do what I needed without having to worry about mom. I would absolutely use their services again.

Synergy is an excellent Home Care Agency. They are very dedicated to the care of people from relatively simple issues to very challenging and complex care issues. You will not be disappointed when using their services. They ensure that if they commit to a loved ones care and someone may call out sick, they will work hard to ensure your loved ones care is not compromised. I highly recommend them over anyone else

After searching for a company that services the area where my parents live, I finally found synergy. My calls, texts and messages were promptly returned. The caregiver that was sent to my mom is outstanding. She was knowledgeable, kind, caring and always there when we scheduled her. I would highly recommend her! The owner of this local Synergy agency has been a pleasure to work with. She communicates regularly and responds quickly to questions. She also makes a serious effort to find a good "match" between her clients and her care givers. Costs are about average for our area. We are happy with the care my wife has received and appreciate the added light housekeeping. Recommended.
