After searching for a company that services the area where my parents live, I finally found synergy. My calls, texts and messages were promptly returned. The caregiver that was sent to my mom is outstanding. She was knowledgeable, kind, caring and always there when we scheduled her. I would highly recommend her! The owner of Synergy HomeCare Holly Springs is so amazing to work with. Not only is she a nurse, but she is also a compassionate human being and has a heart for this field. Tsion will take care of your family as if she were caring for hers. I can't thank her enough for what she has done and putting our minds at ease.

We have been extremely happy with the in home health care we have received for my 95 and 87 year old parents from Synergy. All their workers that we have dealt with have been kind, caring, and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend them. They are top notch workers and really care about their jobs.

This was the first time I needed a homecare service and didn't know what to do or expect. I found Synergy and Tsion to be very professional, thorough and extremely helpful. I needed someone to be my eyes/ears in my husband's care while I was at work, at ridiculous hours I might add. She was on top of everything and made my husband feel safe and good about the situation, I guess they had a few jokes going! I HIGHLY recommend using Synergy if you need support for a loved-one!
