Absolutely one of the best home health aide services I have worked with. I'm in the Health and Administration field of work,so I was very particular in the care my step father would and did and still has! They have been on point with the scheduling,communicating if any changes and the aides are truly loving. A reflection on the company. A huge shout out to Frank, best aide in NJ!!

I was only able to use support services from Synergy for a very brief period due to my fathers rapid health decline. I've never met a kinder, more compassionate person than Dennis Crippen and greatly appreciate how he was willing and able to try to help my father and our family. I highly recommend him to help you and your loved ones however needed

I have been using Synergy home care for my parents for years. ALL the employees are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. They always go above and beyond their required duties to ensure my parents are comfortable, and most importantly, safe in their own home. I have never had an issue with any of their caregivers, office staff or the owners. As a matter of fact, when an aide was out sick Dennis, the owner, filed in. My family has been using Synergy Home Care services for several months now. We had a live in aide for several months. She was amazing in how she cared for my mother! As my mother got better we switched to having an aide on a daily basis, a few hours a day. Again, my mom is treated with dignity and respect. Recently we had an emergency situation and had to get 24 hour care for her, short term. After letting Dennis, Bonnie and Joanne know of the urgency, within 1 hour they had a team put together for us.
