Jen, Kim and the whole Synergy team are the best. My Mom is fiercely independent and resisted needed help for a long time. Synergy came initially 3 days a week and within 3 weeks, that increased to full time 24 hour live in care. My Mom's caregivers were patient, kind and made it possible for my Mom to remain safely in her home. I trusted them to help me and my Mom through such a stressful and difficult process and they delivered!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Many, many thanks to Synergy Home Care for helping me make the transition home with a full-time aide! The week before Christmas, the health insurance company cut off my inpatient stay with only two days notice. I live alone and was unable to care for myself, so my sister called Synergy and spoke to Kim, who listened to my sister’s concerns and my total care needs. My 85 year old father needed assistance for a few hours a day to help him care for my mother with alzheimer's disease. What Synergy has given our family is more than I ever expected. Both Jennifer & Kim were able to help my father with the paperwork, get things set up and then pare my parents with Ann who is the perfect aid for their sitiation. I transitioned from another home care group. The quality of care that mother got was, for the most part, terrible. The transition was difficult, but Synergy (David and Sandy) was very helpful in making it as smooth as possible. My mom has had the same care giver for a year now and I am very pleased with the loving care that she receives.
