Many, many thanks to Synergy Home Care for helping me make the transition home with a full-time aide! The week before Christmas, the health insurance company cut off my inpatient stay with only two days notice. My 85 year old father needed assistance for a few hours a day to help him care for my mother with alzheimer's disease. What Synergy has given our family is more than I ever expected. Both Jennifer & Kim were able to help my father with the paperwork, get things set up and then pare my parents with Ann who is the perfect aid for their sitiation. Kim is awesome she is very understanding in every situation she is number one supervisor I’ve never met anyone like her very empathetic love you Kim let no one change who you are. God bless we need more employers like you.

I transitioned from another home care group. The quality of care that mother got was, for the most part, terrible. The transition was difficult, but Synergy (David and Sandy) was very helpful in making it as smooth as possible. My mom has had the same care giver for a year now and I am very pleased with the loving care that she receives.

Synergy HomeCare has been hands down one of the best caregiving agencies that I have worked with. They have been extremely responsive to my family’s caregiving needs. Not only is the staff polite and responsible, but the individuals whom they send to help at home have been compassionate, professional and reliable and show up on time!! So thankful to have been able to work with Kim and her staff. Cannot praise them enough and I would highly recommend them over other caregiving agencies.
