I didn’t have a good experience with one of the caregiver for babies. We hired a backup nanny from synergy through horizon backup care for my 8 months old. The lady arrived 25 mins early and has a attitude, however she seems to have minimum experience with babies - does not engage in playing, only presses music toys and expects the baby to entertain themselves. The whole team is nice and very professional. We were able to get a very great aide for my family member and we dealt with one of the Nurses for the assessment who was excellent.
Good company , very straight forward and Josh is understanding and very easy going . They’re also good with communication.
Very nice experience. Very organized and staff is extremely helpful.
