Synergy gives outstanding and quality care. The aides are very present. I am aware of there presence by the cleanliness of Mr j and the home appearance they provide. The kind way they prompt him. The office staff displays superb knowledge and kindness on the administration side. It's a pleasure and great peace of mind knowing they are a part of his care team!!! JOB WELL DONE EVERYONE!!!!!!!

I contacted SYNERGY HomeCare (SHC) in urgent need of care for my dad. Ashley and Kay was sitting in my parents residence the next morning at 10am followed by services for my dad the next day. Ashley and Kay are compassionate and kind. They consulted with me and made recommendations on services that would be best for my dad. SHC nurse aides are the best that I have dealt with in the home care industry. Excellent care and services were provided by SYNERGY HomeCare. Very excellent communication with either the director or home health aides, even at times went above and beyond during unscheduled/holiday times to accommodate in person check ups on my elderly father and continued to check in even after we concluded services. Also, Home health aides arrived promptly on time for each scheduled shift and were simply amazing.

Synergy HomeCare services are top notch they are caring and responsive! The client care coordinator Kayla always calls and checks in on my Grandfather. She even stops by our home and addresses any concerns we may have. She actually cares about her clients which is hard to find someone who matches their words with actions! We love being apart of Synergy HomeCare!
