Synergy was easy and seamless to work with. The staff and caregivers were professional and courteous. The schedule of caregivers was available on their site 24/7. Billing was also super easy. And updating my mother’s plan of care was also easy as her condition deteriorated. The caregivers were not only attentive to my mom but also provided companionship/conversation to my dad. Love Georgina she’s very competent and caring. She is helpful in many ways around the house as well as caring for my husband full time. When my husbands physical therapy and occupational therapy come to work with my husband she is right there assisting them during his therapy sessions. We are so happy to have a dedicated care giver that is dependable and always on time.

We have had a great experience with our caretaker, Gabby. She helps my mom with light housework, and she takes care of my dad by taking him for walks, conversing with him, and helping him with everyday tasks. Gabby is kind and cheerful, and we love having her as our caretaker!
