Get directionsIt is very very unfortunate that this company cannot staff or schedule accordingly. I want to add here when staff does show up they are very good. Suppose to have care twice weekly two hours per day. Lucky if we get once a week. No communication is the worse issue. Phone calls to Synergy one to two times or more a week. This has been going on for months. Calling to Try to schedule and follow up. This shouldn't be on the patients family to continually do all the work and communication. Our family has been using Synergy for the past 9 months to provide care for my mother. During this time we have found them to be flexible in schedule and attentive to our needs. We have also found the program administrator to be proactive and responsive when questions or changes arise.

My mom was provided home health care by SYNERGY Home Care and we are very pleased with the services provided. We received help whenever we needed it and extended care whenever we asked. The CNA’s Ashley and Nancy were great and would take right over for me allowing me a little free time to myself. My mom required getting gmher up from bed to putting her back to bed at night, washing, dressing, feeding her etc. I am so greatful for the service that I was provided and for the assistance from Yabo and Erika whenever I needed... read more
Updated Review: I am updated my review because since I wrote this review... the communication has vastly improved. I do not think it is fair to leave this as is because the agency has made a very visible effort to be more communicative with us in a timely manner so we are not left stranded. I am extremely unhappy with the communication and organization of this home health care agency.
