Looks like there is a level of unprofessionalism I have not seen before. Very rude to their own employees for not wanting to take a one hour shift. I would recommend you work on how to speak to people with respect, especially the people that have wasted their time and energy trying to work for you. I dont know who is in charge of communicating with the employees here but shame on you.
