I can not express how thankful I am for Synergy Home Care. The aids for my mom are a perfect fit. I have added a picture of my mom and her aid Amanda. As you can see how happy they both are. My mom has two aids. Amanda and Madelyne (picture unavailable). They both take excellent care of my mom. They take her out for drives, getting snacks, shopping and going for walks with her dog. Synergy has been great to work with. David and Nicole have been taking care of our Dad for several months. They are very attentive to his needs and have taken the time to make personal connections with him. When they are not around Dad often asks where they are and when they are coming back. He looks forward to seeing each of them. We truly appreciate all the they do for him and us.

Very rude to their staff and also clearly unable to take any feedback or constructive criticism! They will offer you terrible shifts and they'll get mad at you and tell you how disappointed they are in you for not taking their 1 hour shift. I never worked for you but my family member was very upset about how they were treated by the woman in charge of offering shifts here. This family member spent hours going out of their way to get all the training required just to have their time wasted and to be spoken to rudely. If you ... read more

Synergy has been very responsive to our needs. Unexpected circumstances that have arisen were immediately attended to. We have used at least 3-4 different staff to help us but Leslie has worked with My husband the most. We are very pleased with her and the other staff persons that have worked with him.

Nessa has been our son’s caregiver for the last 12 years she is kind , caring and dependable. If you have a loved one who needs special care I highly recommend Synergy Home Care.
