Synergy is a fine agency that my siblings and and I are very pleased with. From the first conversation with [name removed] I was at ease. Unlike the others that I'd spoken to those agencies were could only link to 4 hour shifts? and we didn't need 4 hrs. Synergy could do 2 which was perfect! Unfortunately at first there was an issue with payment bc of some red tape! They didn't just drop us but instead had patience and understanding. The owner is very accommodating, friendly, and approachable. I appreciate all that she has furnished for me - she understood what I needed and came through for me. I feel like she was diligent in her search. And the caregivers so far have been great. I don't have any complaints.
