My experience with your company was not good. I was billed for services not provided since I cancelled the plan on Dec. 17, 2025 and should have had only a 2 hour charge for the aide that came on Dec. 15th. My bank account was credited recently for $432.60 but there is an outstanding charge from. Dec. 24th for $115.36 that is too much for the 2 hour service. Please advise. Thank you.
